Kitchify Subscription Details

This is an agreement for Kitchify services. Specific results or outcomes are not guaranteed. Kitchify hereby grants Customer a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use certain intellectual property owned by Kitchify. This license is limited to the services provided by Kitchify and shall not be used for any non-Kitchify services without Kitchify's written authorization. The agreement is non-cancellable. Payment is non-refundable, in whole or in part. Accelerated payment terms may apply as set forth in the order or subsequent notice.
